Admin Alerts

As the administrator of your campaigns, you have the option to have email alerts sent to you during the campaign run. When you create a new campaign, there are two checkboxes present that state:

Notification email on pURL open
Notification email on pURL complete

Select the first option if you would like to be alerted whenever a recipient goes to a pURL landing page for this campaign. Select the second option if you would like to be notified when a pURL is completed. A completed pURL is defined differently for each template type

  • Form type is considered complete when the recipient submits data through the form you created for that landing page
  • Coupon type is complete when the recipient prints the coupon you have created as a landing page
  • Redirect is automatically completed as it is a single action and does not require anything additional from the recipient

By enabling email alerts, you will be notified in real time of leads interested in your product or service.

Once a campaign is underway, you can edit the alert settings as well as what email the alert should goto. Do this by clicking the ‘Edit‘ link from the admin dashboard under the campaign charts or in the campaign list view. Once in the edit mode of a campaign, you will find the alerts options at the bottom of the first tab.
