Edit Campaign

You can edit an existing campaign by click the ‘Edit’ link on the admin dashboard under the campaign chart or from the campaign listing page. The campaign edit feature has two sections.

Campaign Details Tab
The first lets you edit properties of the campaign. From this tab, you can change the start date of the campaign, what microsite the campaign is associated with and then a number of admin notification settings.

Notify on pURL open – Checking this box will send the admin an alert when a user clicks on or types in their pURL. It will only send one alert per pURL per day so multiple hits to the same pURL do not continue to alert the admin.

Notify on pURL complete Checking this box will send the admin an alert when a user completes a web form, completes a redirect or prints a coupon. It will only send one alert per pURL per day so multiple completes on the same pURL do not continue to alert the admin.

pURL complete notification email – This is a single or comma delimited list of email addresses the system will notify when a pURL is completed

Send a daily summary report Checking this box will generate a nightly report for this campaign. The report is a nice summary of pURL statistics delivered to the admins inbox to allow them to stay on top of campaign activity without having to log into the Boingnet application.

pURL Records Tab
The ‘pURL Records’ tab shows you all the data associated with this campaign.

The records will be ordered with the latest opened pURLs at the top. A paging system allows you to easily scroll though pages of records. And the Goto feature lets you jump right to a page. You can easily search for a pURL using the ‘Search’ link. This will present you with some search options where you can find pURLs by pURL name, first name, last name, or data range the pURLs were opened in. Search results will be ordered with latest opened items at the top.

The ‘Add‘ link allows you to add a new pURL to the campaign in real time.

A popup window will appear with a web form for collecting pURL, first name, last name, etc. You can append as many pURLs as needed using the ‘Add‘ link. Once added, the pURL will be live and ready for viewing.

The ‘Search‘ link will present you with a web form where you can specify what pURL(s) you are looking for. You can search on pURL, First Name, Last Name or a date range in which the pURL was opened. Once the criteria has been filled in, click Search to find your results

When viewing pURL records, you can quickly review data such as pURL, first name, last name, address and email. You cal also review status of the pURL. Status will either be ‘Not Opened’, ‘Opened’ or ‘Completed’.

From the action columns you can click:

Details: A popup window will show you some data elements from the record as well as a detailed list of pages within the microsite and statuses on each page. You can see if a pURL was opened and/or completed as well as what time and date the activity happened.

Edit: A popup window will display a web form for the entire pURL record. You will be able to edit not only the pURL itself but also all of the data associated with it. Once you click ‘Save’ the pURL data will be live.

Delete: Clicking ‘Delete’ will prompt you for confirmation of the delete. Once confirmed, the pURL is removed from the campaign.
