Insert a Form Into A Page Template

Web forms allow you to collect information from your visitors and one of most important features of your landing pages.  Boingnet allows you to create two distinct types of forms – List Web Forms and Other Web Forms.  Our List Web Forms are used to dynamically update or add new contacts to a Boingnet contact list or to update information on an integrated CRM system such as Contacts or HubSpot.  Our Other Web Forms capture additional contact information – such as address, mobile phone or answers to survey questions.  This data can then be exported using the Web Form Report and used in future marketing campaigns.  It’s important to note that data collected using Our Web Forms does not get added to the contact list associated with the campaign.  Only List Web Forms update  or add new contacts to a contact list.  For more information, visit our Other Web Form page or our List Web Form page.

Once you have created your Other Web Form or List Web Form, follow these steps to insert that form into your landing page template:

From the main navigation bar, click Build, then select Templates:

Once on your Templates List, click the Page Templates Tab to view your landing page templates:

Next, select the landing page template you’d like to add your form to by clicking the Action button and then selecting Edit:

To insert your form:

  • Place your cursor on your template where you’d like to insert your form.
  • On the left sidebar, click Smart Form.
  • Choose your form from the drop down menu.
  • Click Insert Smart Form.

Your form will be inserted into your landing page template:

Remember to Save your template when done editing.
