Marketing blogs have created an Inbound vs.outbound marketing war. Both are effective when executed successfully. Good marketing works regardless of whether the channel is focused inward or outward.
A big part of building a great company that hopes to attract the most talented, passionate employees is to make the office space collaborative, fun and a place that encourages creativity. For a company that sells to marketers, it better have a sense of style and cohesive design as well. We’ve been busy working with our local IKEA to come up with some pretty cool modular work spaces that look good and will give us an ability to shift and move around into collaborative workgroups in a dynamic fashion. We are also fortunate enough to know some talented local artists who have agreed to lend us some of their work to help us create the vibe we are looking for. Check out our pics of the office and shoot us a note here or via our social channels if you have any interesting workspace related ideas for us!
